Cllr Steve Double, Parlaimentary Candidate for St Austell & Newquay, has backed calls for the Government not to introduce a levy on Secondary Aggregates.  The call follows a meeting with Imerys and the Secretary of Transport, the Rt Hon Patrick McLoughlin, to Fowey.
